  • 1 lbs ground pork
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sage
  • 1 tsp fennel seed
  • 1 tsp garlic
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp thyme
  • 1/8 tsp crushed red pepper optional
  • 1/8 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 /4 tsp ground pepper

  • In a large bowl, mix all spices and brown sugar
  • Add ground pork and combine thoroughly
  • Cook and serve or place in a freezer safe bag and store in your freezer to use anytime you have a hankering for low sodium sausage!
